1. Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your reservation, please notify at least 48 hours prior to your arrival time. Reserved rooms will be held for 2 hours from the requested check in time.

2. Important Notice :
-Guests must take connecting flight departing from Terminal 2.
-Guests should not clear immigration upon arrival.
-Please make sure to your airline if your luggage will be transferred to your destination or not.
-The hotel does NOT allow :
Transit passengers who depart from Terminal 1.
Your baggage has to be picked upon your arrival at Incheon Airport.
You had passed the immigration and got into KOREA.

Please follow the transit arrows to find boarding gate No. 252 on the 3rd floor. Take the escalator near the gate up to the 4th floor.
